Back like I never left. Deadline for Effies in 2 days and I am feeling like I might make it. Writing an Effie is like that Cast Away movie where Tom Hanks talks to a ball called Wilson, but instead of talking to a ball I am talking to myself. I don’t know this made more sense in my head.
We had the CBA’s last week, Belgium’s ‘prime’ creative award show/party and it might have well been the lamest edition yet. The winners deserved all the glory, the party served absolutely nothing. As in there was no food, there was no dancefloor, there was no space. Still had a blast tho, became besties with security & the gin tonic team. Next year I am going to ask if we can introduce this before the show, sounds like good fun.
